The patron Saint Festivites of Minorca turn concerning the figure of the horse being the great protagonist. The “caixers” and “cavallers” (riders) decked with the suit called “de just” (of just man), mount breeding horses, the majority of Minorcan race, forming a long billiard cue “qualcada” (cavalcade) that will cross the principal streets and squares of the population. All of them are celebrated during the summer.
